The 2007 HALL “Exzellenz” is the consummate expression of our Sacrashe vineyard: deep, rich, lush and complex. Surging aromas of blackberry jam, star anise, graphite, and black cherries are bolstered by waves of dark chocolate, crème de Cassis and earthy mineral flavors. Most striking is the wines opulently sweet core, encompassed in concentrated tannins. This un-filtered wine will gracefully evolve for 15-20 years.
