This more affordable appellation cuvée offers just as much impact as many of the single-vineyard expressions. Lush and lovely aromas of violet, acai and black currant are both bold and juicy on the nose. Rich and ripe flavors of acai and blueberry are leveled by great acidic anergy and a compelling tension.

Vintage Notes

The 2024 vintage began with much needed winter rainfall that revitalized the soil and set the stage for healthy vine growth, and a balanced crop. Summer was marked by mostly moderate temperatures with a brief burst of warmth around Labor Day, where well-developed canopies shielded the fruit from excess heat. As harvest approached, mild daytime temperatures and cool nights arrived, allowing for steady ripening into September. The resulting wines showcase beautiful color and depth, with precise acidity, rich texture, and concentrated flavors.
