Partner Wine Allocation Program, Shipment Fee and Rerouting Fee Questions
We know that your Hall Wines of Napa L.P. Wine Allocations are the most exciting packages that you receive in the mail and we love sharing these wines with you. We receive a lot of repetitive questions each quarter, therefore it is important to refresh every one of the different programs.
- All Partners receive sample shipments twice annually — in Spring and Fall.
- Shipping fees apply to all Partners and investment levels and vary based on shipment size and current carrier rates. Charges are billed once annually and cover the full year’s shipments. You will receive advance notice and a confirmation email once processed.
- Prior to each shipment, you’ll receive a shipping notification email with important deadlines. You have approximately one week to update your shipping address or request a future delivery date to avoid rerouting fees.
- Wine allocations are not customizable, as selections are planned in advance to support our broader business channels and showcase the full HALL, WALT, and BACA portfolio. While not every wine may match your personal palate, we encourage you to share bottles with friends and family — a great way to introduce new guests to the brands while supporting the long-term value of your investment.
