Quarterly Wine Samples & Updates
Quarterly Samples
Each quarter our Partners receive a selection of wine samples which represents the scope of our HALL & WALT portfolios. We hope you will try the wines so you know them, share them with wine loving friends and colleagues to introduce them to us, or perhaps donate them to an event you feel would help build our brand awareness or support a worthy charity. These wine ‘sample’ shipments are sent two times per year, depending on your geographic location. Partners residing in states whose compliance laws allow larger shipments of wine will receive their sample shipments twice per year, while partners in more restricted states will have their wine dividends broken up into smaller shipments sent out 3-4 times per year, as permitted by state law. Details on compliance laws and shipping schedules are available upon request. Partners are responsible for Sample wine shipping fees, which will be billed directly once per year.

Quarterly Updates
After the conclusion of each quarter, on January 15th, April 15th, July 15th & October 15th, you will receive a Quarterly Update email in concurrence with your quarterly dividend check or direct deposit. This email will include a letter from HALL President Mike Reynolds detailing the quarterly/yearly financial summary and other pertinent winery updates.
Business Cards
As a Partner, we are pleased to offer you Hall Family Wines Partner business cards. A ‘@hallwines.com’ email address will be created for you and any emails to this address will automatically forward to your personal email. Business cards are complimentary for your first order, and reorders are available for a small fee.
We hope that as an ambassador of Hall Family Wines, you will introduce yourself to the sommeliers at your favorite restaurants, encourage your colleagues, friends and family to visit HALL, WALT & BACA and spread the word about our fabulous wines, private event spaces and exciting food & wine programs.
Please note that business cards do not entitle you to any benefits at other wineries and they are not meant to represent Partners as employees of Hall Family Wines.

Virtual Tastings
Miss visiting the winery? We can bring the winery to you with an exclusive new virtual experience, just for Partners. These special tastings are perfect for celebrating with family, a fun way to connect with your friends or a great corporate experience for your employees or clients.
GEMS of Napa & Sonoma County
As a Partner, we invite you to be part of a very special program with a number of our wine country neighbors in Napa and Sonoma. All of the tasting experiences require reservations in advance. Visit the official GEMS website here. Please call the wineries directly to schedule an appointment and give the 2026 HALL Wines code, 206HR, when booking. If asked, the WALT Wines code, 206WLT, can be given as well for GEMS of Sonoma County.
